miss me? yea i missed u so much! aww. thats so sweet.
im back from church camp! it was so much fun! heres a summary of it.
day one, 12th dec, wednesday. SLINGSHOT! thats my teamname.
we checked in at 230. we were in one of the homes at TEAM NS chalet. its at pasir ris if u guys dunno where that is. its quite cool cause we had a canteen right beside our chalet. when we checked in, the auntie kept pestering us to rent her bikes, saying that they were super cheap going for 2 dollars an hour. and 4 for 2 hours. like we dunno.. anyway we just said we might borrow them one of these days. (we did not cause our schedule was pretty much packed with fun and laughter) they had a pool table there too! so exciting. i played afew games on it. it was nothing grand, just ordinary table. very small but just made do. had our first lessons in the night with me leading the worship session. its great to hear from kel that what i sang was what she wanted to hear... i was touched.
day 2, had 2 sessions of teachings then proceeded on to play games. so fun!
we played captain ball with fruits, orange, tomato, and the finals we had a plastic bag with papaya, orange, eggs.. all grossy mixed. i went to jump for it and then my bro snatched and we broke the bag, the papaya came out. and while we were still snatching for the bag, sly fox deon went to take the papaya and smash it all over my head. so gross la. i dun like fruits. and papaya just stinks. ALOT. almost vomited after smelling myself. GROSS.
then we won all the rounds. after that we played apple eating, watermelon eating, and finally we had the waterbag throwing, defend the queen! so fun. after that we all just threw free for all. haha. fun!!!!!!!! went around throwing at people. these waterbags were special, my groups one was filled with sweet sauce, the dark one. the other groups had chilli sauce or curry sauce in them. gross! and we still used them to throw at each other. it was quite fun. hehe. then we had a skit performance and bbq in the night. SLINGSHOT rocks man, we won the skit as well. and we were afterall the overall champions for the whole camp.
i love my group mates and the leader!! yup i bunked with deon, jerm, my bro. kinda hard to sleep during the first night but the next day was ok cause deon slept on the sleeping bag! thanks!! he had a great sleep too : ) and im back!!!
got a little sorethroat, better drink more water..
